Enjoying the Warmer Weather

We have been enjoying all the nice warm weather we've had lately.

Yard work:  we took out a front flower bed and put mulch down in the others.

Sophie was tired after playing so hard in the dirt and helping us work in the yard.

The city pool is open, woohoo!

Last weekend was Sophie's birthday, on friday she got more packages in the mail from our family in NC.

We also took her to the Rec Center to go swimming.

When we got home from the pool, there were more packages waiting for her!

I also made Sophie's cake on Friday.

And decorated after she went to bed.

The morning of her birthday, she was so excited.  We let her open her presents first thing.

Then we went to the Main Bagel for breakfast.

That evening we had supper and cake.  Molly was excited to celebrate too!

The next day was mother's day, I am so blessed!

We went to church and then picked up lunch for a picnic in the park.

We had a great and fun filled weekend.
